Executive Chef and SAVOR St. Pete Food + Wine Festival ambassador Lee Aquino presented an inventive menu paired with selections from Santa Margherita Wine, LALO Tequila, and Tito’s Vodka.

Tammy Gail, the founder, owner and producer of the festival, explained that she wanted to do something special to offer a sneak peek of the flavors, talent and energy that the festival will offer.

The evening was the perfect mix of delicious and innovative dishes, from Fried Chicken and Caviar to a to-die-for Gooey Chocolate Cake with spiced Dulcey ganache, orange-buttermilk ice cream and agave pecan crunch. Thoughtfully curated spirits perfectly paired to each course and a buzzy atmosphere made it a foodie’s dream date. Each course was unique, with the chefs each personally introducing their creations and mingling with guests throughout the evening.
