Clearwater’s beloved Suncoast Jazz Festival
hits a high note for its 35th year.

The popular festival will return to the beach on Sand
Key in Clearwater from November 21st through the 23rd with three days of exceptional performances and sophisticated sounds.

This milestone year brings an all-star lineup, headlined by Tuba Skinny, the beloved New Orleans band whose vintage sound and street-corner charm have earned them fans around the world. They’ll be joined by trombone powerhouse Wycliffe Gordon, Brazilian guitarist Diego Figueiredo, clarinet virtuoso Ken Peplowski, vibraphonist Jason Marsalis and local favorites like Nate Najar and Daniela Soledade—with over 80 musicians performing across three stages throughout the days and nights. Festival director Joan Dragon calls it a return to the festival’s roots.

“When we started in 1990, it was all about early jazz,” she offers. “Bringing in Tuba Skinny helps us honor that tradition while showcasing how the genre continues to evolve.”

From swing and blues to Brazilian and gospel influences, the festival offers something for every listener. Add in youth jazz showcases, a gala dinner and the famous parasol parade, and you’ve got a weekend that’s pure Gulf Coast rhythm.
