CHEERS: Quarantine With These Holiday Cocktails

Things are going to look a bit different for the Christmas holidays this year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy some festive holiday cocktails!

This updated champagne cocktail from St. Petersburg Distillery combines a touch of classic gin, kombucha and pear.

New Year’s Kiss

.75 oz Old St. Pete Gin
.5 oz Blue Rose Kombucha
.5 oz Pear Syrup
Champagne

Champagne and kombucha must be chilled. Add all ingredients into champagne glass, topping with champagne last. Stir gently and garnish with lemon twist.

Winter White Cosmo

2 oz. Wheatley vodka
.5 oz. Cointreau
Splash of white cranberry juice
½ squeezed lime juice
Cranberries to garnish

Chill ingredients and add to shaker. Pour into champagne glass and add cranberry garnish. Enjoy!

Cranberry Mimosas
1 lime, halved
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cup sweetened cranberry juice
1 bottle champagne
12 fresh cranberries
4 small sprigs fresh rosemary

Rim champagne flutes with lime and dip in sugar. Pour 1/4 cup cranberry juice into each glass and top with champagne. Use a toothpick to poke a hole through cranberries. Thread rosemary skewer through cranberries and garnish mimosas. Makes 4 servings/Recipe and photo from delish.com
